OSCA/ARCOSA defines the quality policy in order to comply with all requirements,
initiating innovation and adapting to the market while maintaining an aggressive
mentality at all times towards the continuous improvement of our quality system.

Objectives
Quality: Reduction of Internal PPM´s and external (customer complaints)
Service: Customer service and on-time deliveries.
Cost: Continuous allocation of our resources (process, raw material, labor, electricity, etc.)

 Responsibilities

The Quality Policy and Quality System are fully supported by Management.
This policy is distributed to all company personnel, in order for it to be understood and
applied effectively.

It is the responsibility of all company personnel to know it, and to use it during
the execution of daily activities.
