On October 14, 2009 OSCA–ARCOSA received the certification for the new ISO version 2008, as
part our commitment to comply with customer requirements and to pursue and exceed our
customer expectations. |
| October, 2009– OSCA–ARCOSA attends Solar Power International 2009. |

In an effort to generate business leads and demonstrate OSCA–ARCOSA´s involvement
in the renewable energy field, key members from the OSCA–ARCOSA team attended the
Solar Power Intl 09 show, held in Anaheim, CA this year.
It was also a good opportunity to meet with existing supply partners to discuss
and prepare for the future of the industry; and seek out new partners that can further
enhance our supply chain and help strengthen our position in the market.

| October, 2009– OSCA–ARCOSA enters the PV thin–film market in the US. |
Following a period of aggressive trial runs and successful test results, OSCA–ARCOSA has
initiated mass production and supply of its PVU–B62 product to a US partner in the photovoltaic
thin–film (CdTe) market. This milestone further materializes OSCA–ARCOSA´s commitment to
the global PV market. |
