| January, 2009– Healthy growth in forecast means good news for OSCA-ARCOSA. |
January 2009 Despite 2008 being a wonderful year for OSCA–ARCOSA´s PV production,
there are serious indications that the company will experience a XX% growth in its output of
junction boxes geared towards the c´Si market in 2009. |
| January, 2009– OSCA–ARCOSA is awarded large contract for EMS business. |

A large customer and long-term partner has awarded OSCA–ARCOSA a substantial contract
that will capitalize on the company´s sub-assembly experience. Consequently, this manufacturing
agreement translates into an increased operating ratio and a reduction in fixed costs. |
